Good to know before you start
WhatsApp Business API is required
The regular WhatsApp Business app can't run flows with interactive buttons. The API number is set up separately.
Meta's charges are separate
WhatsApp conversation fees are billed to the client's own account. They are not included in the plan price.
Templates need approval
Reminders, follow-ups and broadcasts sent more than 24 hours after a customer's last message need a Meta-approved template.
Button limits
One message can carry at most 3 reply buttons or a list of 10 options. Flows are designed within these limits.
Health and finance data
Customer consent is collected. Sensitive documents such as reports and policies are shared through secure links.
Pricing and discounts
Prices are estimates based on the Indian market. Annual payment gets a 15-20% discount. The final quote depends on your requirements.
